Dinosaur Chess Pieces (hand painted)

Dinosaurs are one of the great success stories of evolution. They totally dominated the Earth for 160 million years, eventually dying out 65 million years ago, long before the origins of man. Our chess set is designed as a tribute to the dinosaurs and we show several types, each representing an important piece in the game of chess.

Since no human has ever seen a living dinosaur, our artists had to use all their skill and imagination to create the colors and textures of their skin, scales and horns.

The finished result is a tasteful and probably accurate image of the species, which is still both decorative and attractive.

Printed Parchment Story Sheets are supplied with each of these sets which give the history of the set and details of their characters. Packaged in a fitted presentation box. Crafted and imported from England.
